JanetRose Beauty – Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

At JanetRose Beauty, all services and products are provided with the highest level of care. Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and wellness services, the following policies are strictly enforced.

Hair Services

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your appointment date and time.

• All payments and sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued after a hair install has been completed, regardless of satisfaction, personal preference, or change of mind.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations, including same-day or advance cancellations, for any reason.

• No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Skincare Products

• All skincare product sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• If a product is received damaged or defective, you must email us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage.

• The original product must be returned in order to receive an exchange of the exact same product only.

• Exchanges will not be issued for used, altered, or improperly handled products.

Facial, Massage & Yoni Services

• No refunds are provided for facial, massage, or yoni services under any circumstances.

• All payments for these services are final once booked and/or rendered.
